My wife and I bought a house!! We're excited about it! It's gonna be so awesome.
When I first told her about it, she was SO excited! I've never seen her so excited.
The house that we're buying is a REALLY good deal. It's a 1684 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2 bath house. It's one of the end houses on the cul de sac, so it's pretty safe for children. It's got a pretty big lot with a decent size backyard. We're going to replace the carpet in the house before we move in. The house is foreclosure, but it's in pretty good shape. Not too much work needs to be done to it. We're only paying $169,000 for it! It's fantastic!!
